38 Weeks

Holy Schmpimmolli! Time sure is flying! I've been diagnosed with PIH (Pregnancy Induced Hypertension) but luckily it has not become Pre-Eclampsia (no protein in urine). Only 2 weeks left so I'm hoping she stays in there a bit longer! The husband has been freaking out a little bit this week since they have been offshore with no signal and are about to be again. I am just trusting God in His timing with all of it. Here is my bump:

 

How far along? 38 Weeks
Total weight gain/loss?  not sure. my dr appt is tuesday and I will update then
Maternity clothes?  if it stretches over this belly I will wear it...B's clothes, Maternity clothes, pajamas..yup IM THAT LADY
Stretch marks? Still just those few on my right hip...fingers still crossed
Sleep? It has actually gotten better. I've only been getting up once or twice a night..though I can't go to sleep until 1 am or so..and I still wake up at 7..so maybe I just get up less since Im sleeping less . hA!
Best moment last week? Showing my in laws the nursery. They came to visit me and it was so great to have someone here in person to look at all her little onsies and stuff :)
Movement? She has definite active and rest periods. While her active periods are more seldom, when she moves ..she really moves. Her knees and elbows flow across my belly and she still is almost always leaning to the right side. Its funny because my belly is almost flat on the left side.
Food cravings?  chocolate milk
Gender? A sweet baby GIRL!
Labor signs? she has "dropped" so she is at -1 station (feels like she is going to fall out sometimes), still 5-% effaced and not dialated.Been having more back cramping and alot of pressure very low in my abdomen. My body is getting ready!
Belly button in/out? its pretty much flat now
What I miss:  having room to breathe, rolling over in bed without a big production.
What I am looking forward to:  Holding her!! I can't wait to see her little face!!!
