Me: 9 Months Post Baby



Here we are 9 months post baby! 9 months on and 9 months off they say...ha! I have lost a whopping 2 pounds since my 6 month update. I've been working out 4-5 days a week consistently and tracking calories with My Fitness Pal. I eat "clean" about 90% of the time. I think these last 8 pounds might stick around until I am finished breastfeeding.

I usually work out for an hour and do 30 mins on the stairmaster and 30 on the elliptical. I know I want to do some weight training but I want to lose more fat before I start. I logically know that it would be building muscle which would then burn more fat so I really should begin sooner than later.

I am not as worried about the number on the scale anymore. Something about being a busy mom makes you a little less worried about 5 pounds. It will come off..eventually!
